About this document
The April 2021 issue announces the Executive DBA graduation ceremony and invites readers to take part. Its main feature is an interview with Professor Nathalie Dubost, member of the faculty, professor of management sciences at the business administration institute of the University of Orléans, where she is also vice-dean of the faculty of law, economics and management, and deputy editor-in-chief of the Revue Française de Gestion. A graduate of ESCP with a master's degree in bioengineering from the Ecole Centrale de Paris, she explains that this hybrid background gave her the inclination and appetite to tackle questions by opening up the different disciplinary perspectives attached to them, thereby enriching the debate and the responses given; for her, one of the qualities required of a professor and researcher is precisely knowing how to move beyond overly specialised visions of the world, which risk impoverishing discussion. The issue then presents DBA Impact(s), new members of the faculty, alumni news, a medal award, the FNEGE certification obtained by the institute, the agenda, photo highlights, a publication, media coverage, videos, admissions and news from management research. The interview also underlines the links between her editorial responsibilities and the supervision of doctoral candidates working on managerial questions. It addresses doctoral managers, doctors and the professors of the network, as well as managers considering the doctoral programme.
