The March 2015 issue combines programme news with faculty highlights. In Geneva, the new Executive Doctorate in Business Administration will open in April, with the 2015 booklet available and enrolment encouraged. The agenda lists the Dakar class of 2015-2017 attending the Thematic Paradigm I seminar from 26 February to 1 March, and the Luxembourg class of 2014-2016 attending the Thematic Paradigm II seminar from 19 to 21 March. The issue relays a video recorded for XERFI Canal television in February, in which Professor Michel Kalika, member of the Scientific Council, explains what makes a DBA distinctive: writing a thesis grounded in managerial experience, and differing from a traditional doctoral programme in purpose, content and choice of subject. A section presents the institute's video platform, an academic resource for doctoral candidates, where films produced by the Business Science Institute, contributions authored by Scientific Council members and other selected videos are gathered, with a monthly digest available on subscription. The newsletter also reports the appointment of Professor Sébastien Point, a member of the Scientific Council, to the French High Council for Equality between Women and Men, created by presidential decree in January 2013 and attached to the Prime Minister, whose mission is to organise dialogue with civil society and public debate on women's rights and equality policy. The publications section highlights the article by Jean-François Casta and Hamza Bahaji on employee stock option-implied risk attitude under rank-dependent expected utility, published in Economic Modelling.
