The June 2015 issue announces that Professor Michel Kalika, member of the Scientific Council of the Business Science Institute, will join IAE Lyon University of Management at the start of the new academic year. The school is headed by Jérôme Rive, who also chairs the French IAE network, and a partnership between the institute and IAE Lyon had been initiated in October 2014 for the international development of a Doctorate in Business Administration. The agenda sets out the month's seminars: in Dakar, thesis supervision and the selection of thesis topics for the class of 2015-2017 and a supervision seminar for the class of 2014-2016, both on 14 June; in Luxembourg, the qualitative methodology seminar from 11 to 13 June for the class of 2014-2016. The main news item celebrates doctoral student Cédric Baudet, who received an AIM-Sphinx award on 21 May at the twentieth conference of the Information & Management Association in Rabat, Morocco, for his article on the use of social media by non-profit organisations. Aged 39, he is a professor at the Arc School of Management, where he teaches business information systems management and project management, works as a consultant and leads research projects; he joined the Geneva cohort in 2012 and is preparing a doctorate on the dimensions of user participation in the success of information systems. The issue closes by introducing new members of the Scientific Council, among them Christophe Fournier, professor of marketing at the Montpellier business administration institute.
