The September 2016 issue is organised around the graduation days held on 28, 29 and 30 September at the Château de Wiltz in Luxembourg. On 28 September, doctoral students meet the doctors who graduated in 2015, three theses are defended by Modou Ndiaye, Ben Ali and Sfeir, and methodological workshops are held. On 29 September, a panel discussion with the institute's professors addresses how to successfully formulate an Executive DBA thesis project, followed by public thesis presentations and the graduation ceremony; on 30 September, doctoral students from the various cohorts present their ongoing work. The newsletter lists the application deadlines for the Geneva, Casablanca and Dakar cohorts and announces that the team is growing, welcoming Catherine for support to the remote DBA, Julia for translations and information requests, Maëlle for Moodle support and Ramunas for the recording of classes. A section presents the creation of the BSI Lab, through which doctoral student-managers receive methodological and technical supervision from Professor Jean Moscarola: how to mobilise the right sources and collect data, choose the right approach and sample, make databases speak and select the most suitable collection and analysis protocols. The issue closes by introducing Jean-François Trinquecoste, new member of the Scientific Council, professor at the IAE of the University of Bordeaux and director of the research institute in organisational management.
