The November 2019 issue publishes the evaluation of the fifth International Week, held from 23 to 26 September at the institute's headquarters in Wiltz Castle. The participant satisfaction survey, conducted with SPHINX software, gathered 78 responses, and the newsletter quotes extensively from the feedback. Members of the Academic Council praised the organisation and atmosphere, describing Wiltz as a doctoral think tank as well as an extended academic enterprise, while one respondent pointed out overcrowding issues affecting hotels, reception areas and the clarity of the programme and of the scheduling of meetings with students, and another suggested small round tables to think about the future of the institute. Doctors congratulated the institute on the quality of the organisation and of the exchanges. The issue also features the interview of the month, new academic management responsibilities, two research surveys, one on technostress and the other the Occupational Mindset Survey, and a focus on ISEOR, the research centre known for socio-economic management. It closes with publications, videos, conferences, photo highlights, the agenda of the cohorts, admissions and news from management research. The survey results are presented as a management tool in themselves, since the institute uses them to adjust the format of the week, the balance between plenary sessions and individual supervision, and the logistics of hosting a growing community of candidates, doctors and professors at the castle.
