The February 2019 issue opens with the agenda: Thematic Paradigms I for the first Bamako cohort from 7 to 9 February, the same seminar for the fifth Geneva cohort from 21 to 23 February, and Thematic Paradigms II for the second German-language Luxembourg cohort from 28 February to 2 March. The life of the institute section reports on the first seminar of the sixth Dakar cohort, held from 17 to 19 January under the supervision of Professor Pierre-Jean Benghozi, in the presence of Touba Fall, technical adviser to the managing director of the Port Autonome in Dakar, Papa Modou Ndiaye, managing director of the Millennium Challenge Account in Senegal, Mohamed Laye, project coordinator, and Cheikh Ahmadou Khadim Toure. In Paris, the first seminar of the fourth cohort took place from 10 to 12 January with five new managers: Emmanuelle Colin-Nassoy, human resources manager at Groupe Helios France, Martine Story-Lamarque, business transfer consultant and president of EVALTEAM, Paul Omandji Lokonde, head of internal auditing at the tax administration, Mamadou Traore, head of internal auditing at Groupe ACP in Brussels, and Bob Lassissi, formerly key account administration manager at SFR. The issue also presents a new member of the Academic Council, a new partnership, the academic homage prepared in honour of the institute's president and management research news.
