About this document
The December 2021 issue publishes the satisfaction survey carried out after the International Week held from 27 to 30 September. Conducted with SPHINX software, it was sent to the whole community: 96 faculty members, 202 doctoral students, 80 alumni and 8 members of the management team, and covered satisfaction with the programme, the graduation ceremony, interaction with faculty members and doctoral students, and the general organisation. Of the 386 people surveyed, 117 responded partially or fully, and of those, 80 gave an overall assessment: 34 were very satisfied, 22 satisfied, 10 not satisfied, 7 not satisfied at all and 7 did not comment. The comments show that while the quality of the organisation and of the programme were praised, negative feedback mainly concerned the interpersonal dimension that the event lacked, as in 2020, because of the constraints of the online format. The issue continues with the interview of the month, the Certificate of Research in Business Administration, a professional development course, alumni and doctoral student news, the agenda, November highlights, a publication, DBA Impact(s), media coverage, videos and admissions. The survey is presented transparently, including the critical comments, and serves as a basis for preparing a return to face-to-face meetings the following year. The format combines institutional information, event reports and the promotion of work produced by members of the community.
