The December 2018 issue announces that three new cohorts have started and details the agenda: the fourth Paris cohort for 2019-2022, the second Tunis cohort for 2019-2022 and the first Algiers cohort for 2018-2021, each with a downloadable brochure and contact details for further information. A section is devoted to the French-language distance Executive DBA, which welcomes a new doctoral candidate: Yamingaye Djimtibaye, from Chad, managing director of GRADERT, a road maintenance and transport group, whose thesis project examines the impact of development projects financed by the European Union in sub-Saharan Africa, with a particular focus on Chad; the programme now counts eight doctoral candidates. The zoom presents the book Les méthodes de recherche du DBA, published in September 2018 in the Business Science Institute collection at éditions EMS and coordinated by professors Françoise Chevalier, L. Martin Cloutier and Nathalie Mitev, which gathers contributions from thirty-five professors. Its twenty-five chapters were designed specifically for DBA candidates to guide them in choosing the right research methodology and tools for their thesis. The issue also covers impact, photo highlights of recent seminars, the management support team, publications, videos and news from management research. A photo report from the recent seminars and a selection of faculty publications complete this end-of-year edition.
