À propos de ce document
The January 2019 issue opens with trilingual new year wishes, in French, English and German, from the management team of the Business Science Institute, its 35 doctors, 120 doctoral student-managers and 114 professors, alongside the reminder that fifteen books have been published in four years. The main news concerns the EFMD: the Membership Review Committee, meeting in Brussels on 5 December, voted unanimously in favour of the institute's application for full membership of the European Foundation for Management Development, a decision to be officially announced at the EFMD annual general conference in Lisbon on 6 June 2019. Based in Brussels with offices in Asia and the Americas, the EFMD is an international not-for-profit organisation of business schools and companies representing more than 600 academic institutions in 83 countries, a unique network for sharing information, promoting research, providing connections and encouraging debate on innovation and best practice in management development, and a globally renowned accreditation body. The issue continues with the agenda of the cohorts, photo highlights, the presentation of a new member of the Academic Council, news of the distance Executive DBA, a zoom, the preparation of the Wiltz week, publications, a video and management research news. The edition closes with a reminder of the institute's growth across its campuses in Europe, Africa and beyond.
