À propos de ce document
The December 2019 issue announces a partnership for the managerial impact of doctoral research: the Business Science Institute, groupe XERFI and IQSOG have agreed to work together on the question of managerial impact, notably by promoting doctoral publications stemming from DBA research. The newsletter recalls that the institute is recognised as a leader in the promotion of DBA studies, particularly in France through partnerships with the IAE of the University of Lyon, SKEMA Business School and the University of Technology Sydney Business School, and that the DBA prepared by managers can now be found in many leading universities and business schools in France and abroad, an exceptional opportunity to create knowledge and strengthen the rigour, relevance and impact of management research. This shared conviction led the three partners to award the DBA Managerial Impact prize to three managers who had recently defended their theses, starting with Dr Bourbon on the positioning of the real estate agent in the new-build housing market, supervised by Professor Jean-Philippe Denis. The issue continues with the interview of the month, media coverage, the presentation of new members of the Academic Board, publications, videos, photo highlights, the agenda, admissions and management research news. The two other prize winners are also presented, alongside a reminder that the award is intended to make visible the concrete effects of doctoral work on organisations and to encourage managers to publish and share their findings.
