The October 2015 issue is built around the graduation days organised by the Business Science Institute and the Campus Wiltz from 7 to 9 October at the Château de Wiltz in Luxembourg. On 7 October at 16:00, Karim Alibhay, Mohamed El Hédi Guelmami and Gabriel Tremblay defend their theses. On 8 October, the professors of the institute, co-authors of the 472-page book La création de connaissance par les managers published by EMS, present their work at 10:00; lunch at 13:00 brings together doctoral managers from Canada, Switzerland, Tunisia, France and Senegal; at 14:30 the six candidates publicly present their theses, covering cloud computing adoption, user participation in information systems success, adaptive performance of employees, management in the private health sector, tetranormalization in the Greater Geneva area and economic value in decisions on innovative healthcare products. The graduation follows at 16:30 and a lecture by Nicolas Buck of Fedil on entrepreneurship in the 21st century at 17:00. On 9 October, doctoral students present their ongoing work during the morning. The issue also announces changes in the institute's organisation, with Professor Paul Beaulieu becoming Academic Director in charge of the scientific committee and policy and Professor Jean-Fabrice Lebraty taking over the direction of programmes, covering selection and graduation, while the support team is reinforced. A new member of the Scientific Council is introduced, François Pichault, professor at HEC Liège.
