This October 2016 special edition covers the second graduation ceremony, held from 28 to 30 September at the Château de Wiltz in Luxembourg in the presence of Professor Michel Kalika, president of the Business Science Institute, and more than twenty professors of the Scientific Council, among them Boubacar Baidari of CESAG, Paul Beaulieu of UQAM, Michelle Bergadaà of the University of Geneva, Françoise Chevalier of HEC Paris, Christian Defélix and Jean-Pierre Boissin of IAE Grenoble, Jean Desmazes of IAE La Rochelle, Ewald Eisenberg of Kehl, Birahim Gueye of Gaston Berger University, Jean-Fabrice Lebraty of IAE Lyon, Sébastien Liarte, Jean Moscarola, Yvon Pesqueux of CNAM and Nicolas Poussing of LISER, together with some thirty doctors and doctoral students from Algeria, Belgium, Benin, the United Kingdom, Cameroon, Ghana, Ivory Coast, France, Luxembourg, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Tunisia. On 28 September, three candidates defended their theses: Modou Ndiaye on risk factors in the management of development projects in Senegal, Ben Ali on the evaluation of swarming practices within corporate social responsibility at the Tunisian public utility STEG, and Sfeir on communication in SMEs facing financial crisis as a factor of resilience. On 29 September a first round table, chaired by Paul Beaulieu, discussed how to formulate an Executive DBA thesis project successfully, followed by public presentations, and on 30 September doctoral students presented their ongoing work.
